We offer a low minimum of just 6 pieces, making it easy to get started without committing to a large batch. Pricing is tiered, meaning the more you order, the lower the cost per piece. Whether you're doing 6 or 60, we'll work with you to make sure your order fits your needs and budget!

We can embroider on a wide range of items including hats, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, tote bags, towels, and more. As long as the fabric is stable and fits on our machine, we can usually make it work! If you have a specific item in mind, just reach out  and we’ll let you know if it’s doable. 

We can work with any kind of logos but usually simple designs are more legible and produce better results than more complicated ones. Often the detail in complex designs doesn’t translate well to embroidered designs, since the thread size used is standard and cannot adapt to fine detail.

We offer design assistance, but if you have specific artwork, we can work with that as well. Our goal is to ensure your vision is accurately translated into the embroidery. 

We accept various file formats, including .jpeg, .png, .svg, and .eps. However, vector files like .svg and .eps are preferred for the best results. 

Digitization is the process of converting your design into a format that the embroidery machine can understand. It's crucial for achieving precise and high-quality embroidery. 

Yes, but please keep in mind that however the file is digitized, it will transfer exactly and we cannot revise or fix the files given. 

We typically don't release original embroidery files. The digitizing fee helps cover the time and care we take to convert your design into a high-quality, stitch-ready format. That said, if you do need access to your file, we’re happy to discuss a one-time transfer option. Just reach out and we’ll walk you through the details. Rest assured, we never share or use your files without your written permission. 

We offer a wide range of thread colors to match your design. Our team can help you choose the best options for vibrant and lasting results. 

Yes, as long as it is the same logo and size and would need to be in increments of 6 pieces of the same thread color. (Ex: 6 pieces w/white thread, 6 pieces w/black thread, and etc.)

Yes, we allow our customers to provide their own materials for embroidery. Please make sure to check your materials before bringing it in. We will not be responsible for any damaged items that we receive.

Turnaround times depend on the order size and complexity. We aim to complete orders promptly while ensuring the highest quality. Contact us for estimated delivery times.

Yes, we do have a rush option but does apply an extra fee. Turnaround times depend on the order size and complexity. We aim to complete orders promptly while ensuring the highest quality. Turnarounds can be from 1-3 days but contact us for more detailed delivery times. 

No. If a design is found to be questionable, we will ask you about the logo and request any legal paperwork that shows that you have permission to use the logo and will determine if we will proceed with the order or not.

Yes,  it’s possible to make changes after an order has been submitted but it depends on how far into the production process the request is made. We may be able to make changes, but delays or restocking fees may occur. An order can be canceled as long as it did not go into production but please note that the set up and sample fees are non-refundable.  

All sales are final and non-returnable if the item is embroidered.
